Travel By Car - Avoid relying on the postcode, as it may not be accurate. Soul Sanctuary can be found opposite Mills Road, situated on the outskirts of Osmington Village, right next to Osmington Garage. Free parking is provided on-site and in the nearby vicinity.

Travel By Train - Starting from Weymouth Station, it's only a brief 15-minute taxi ride to reach Soul Sanctuary.

Travel By Bus - Catch the direct bus from Weymouth Town Centre (bus number 5 or X54) to reach Soul Sanctuary in approximately 20 minutes.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

While there isn't a specific dress code, I suggest opting for comfortable layers. I also recommend bringing warm socks and, or slippers as we operate a no shoes policy on site. This will allow you to adapt to the fluctuating room temperature and ensure a relaxed experience during the energy healing session.

Light refreshments, including water, and biscuits, will be provided. You may want to bring a journal or notepad with a pen to record any messages or guidance from the session. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing since you will be lying down during the practical sessions, and the room temperature may vary. Please bring warm socks and, or slippers as we operate a no shoe policy on site. 

Virtual (online) distant healing sessions are held via Zoom. 
You will receive your personal link within 24 hours of purchase.

Please make sure you will be undistrubed for the duration of your appointment. Please keep your phone off or on silent. Preferrrably find a quiet, comfortable place to either sit or lay down. 

Please ensure you have a webcam switched on (at least for 10 minutes) and you have a working microphone so that I can create a link between our energies...nobody likes talking to a blank screen!

Consider having a notebook, joural and pen near by to take notes of any intuitiv guidance that may be shared with you. 

Also consider keeping a glass of water near by.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Energy Healing Appointments

At Crystal Stream, I value your commitment to your well-being and our services. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, I have established the following refund and cancellation policy for single appointments:

Cancellation Policy: When you book an energy healing appointment with me, you secure dedicated time in my schedule. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate your needs while maintaining the integrity of our services.

1. Cancellation Notice:

   • Cancellations made through email, text, or phone up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.
   • Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be processed within 7 working days.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered as "no-shows."
   • In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, Robyn Lane t/as Crystal Stream will retain all fees paid for the scheduled appointment.

Exceptional Circumstances: 
I understand that emergencies and illnesses can occur unexpectedly. If you find yourself in such a situation, please inform me at the earliest opportunity, preferably first thing in the morning. I am reasonable and, in genuine cases of illness or emergencies, will waive fees as a gesture of understanding.

Purpose of Policies: These policies are in place to respect the time and efforts of our therapists and the wellness centre. By adhering to these guidelines, we can maintain a stress-free and relaxing environment for all clients.
